About the herbs I use...

The herbs in my tea blends and other products are sourced from several places. I grow a few herbs at my home and use organic seeds and soil. Some I forage in the mountains, foothills, and along the Clear Creek in Buffalo. But most of the herbs and teas are purchased from sustainable and responsible companies that I support because of the wonderful effort they put into procuring quality plants. They are organic, kosher, and grown and harvested with care. I know I don't want chemicals in my tea or on my body, so I pass that value on to my customers. I purchase from the companies below with confidence that I am getting quality herbs, and that they are good stewards of the land and people put in their care.
